wuff I want 2 get married 2 srk like character now ...Surinder Sahni aka Soori (Shahrukh Khan) is an introverted, responsible, sincere, realist working as a govt employee in a company named Punjab Power. Taani (Anushka Sharma) is an extroverted, flamboyant, fun-loving, vivacious, dreamer set to get married to the guy she loves. Unforeseen circumstances, however, forces Taani to get married to Surinder and Taani finds herself in a love-less, routine life due in part to the large difference in their age and personalitiesTo escape her mundane marital life, Taani learns dancing and wants to participate in a dance competition, a reality show called "Dancing Jodi". Surinder wants to make his wife happy and supports her. He then, with the help of his childhood friend Balwinder Khosla 'Bobby' (Vinay Pathak), metamorphoses into an alternate persona, named Raj who is a quick witted, outspoken, smart, dashing, fun loving person who fortunately becomes Taani's partner in the competition.
Taani, not able to recognize that Raj is the same one with whom she is married to, eventually starts to feel that Raj's personality and nature are more in tune with what she is comfortable with. Raj expresses his love for Taani and then they plan to elope from Amritsar on the night of the dancing competition. Surinder doesn't tell the truth to Taani because he wants to find out with whom Taani is really in love with. In the morning of the competition, Tanni realizes that her true love is Surinder and not Raj. She denies Raj"s feelings and tells him the truth. And at last Surinder presents his reality to her. Hence the story ends merrily...

We hold on to things the tightest,
When we are forced to let them go..
We always want things a certain
way,
when we know they can not be so.

Dreams always last the longest,
when they are farthest from are reach
and the lessons we learn from them,
are often the one's that we preach.

We spend our time trying to see things,
when perspective is one thing we lack.
And we never appreciate what we have got,
Untill we can't get it back.

We tell others what's wrong with this world.
And we do nothing to make it right.
We complain about families falling apart,
And yet do nothing to keep them tight.

We desire to be close to all those we love,
Yet too often we look on from far.
And when it comes to the truth do we want to change,
or remain forever as we are......???

Forgive ?

Deciding if you should forgive or not may be easier after reviewing exactly what forgives is – and what it is not.

· Forgiving does not mean that you forget the offense
You may never forget (and probably shouldn’t) what happened to you, but after forgiveness you can remember it without the emotional pain connected to it.

· Forgiving does not mean that you are saying what they did was O.K.
Quite the opposite. We can forgive but still see what happened to you as horrific or unjust.

· You don’t need to even tell people that you forgive them; the forgiveness occurs in your heart – not in conversation with them, although in some circumstances you may want to have a dialogue about it
It often backfires if you go up to someone (especially a relative) and say “I forgive you.” This occurs because the offending person often doesn’t see himself or herself as the problem. Better to do the forgiveness in your own mind and heart. One exception to this is if you are the victim of a violent crime.

· Forgiving doesn’t mean you will automatically trust them again
Forgiveness and trust are two separate issues. Even after forgiveness, it may take a long time to re-build trust, if ever.
To instantly trust someone again after they have violated you in some way is not a sign of good mental health or strong self-esteem.

· Forgiving doesn’t necessary mean you like or love the offender, or even want to be in future relationship with them
Absence of angry feelings doesn’t necessarily create warm, positive, or loving feelings in you for the offender-at best forgiving may bring you up to neutral in your feelings toward them. It I possible to say to yourself, for instance, “OK. I forgive her but I don’ want to have anything further to do with her-ever.”

PS:FORGIVING somebody doen't help...the "hate" the "anger" persist...

“Life is one fool thing after another whereas love is two fool things after each other.”

Selfish .....!

Just got a mail...touched me ..here it goes

At age 8, your dad buys you an ice cream. You thanked him by dripping it all over your lap.

When you were 9 years old, he paid for piano lessons. You thanked him by never even bothering to practice.

When you were 10 years old he drove you all day, from soccer to football to one birthday party after another. You thanked him by jumping out of the car and never looking back.

When you were 11 years old, he took you and your friends to the movies. You thanked him by asking to sit in a different row.

When you were 12 years old, he warned you not to watch certain TV shows. You thanked him by waiting until he left the house.

When you were 13, he suggested a haircut that was becoming. You thanked him by telling him he had no taste.

When you were 14, he paid for a month away at summer camp. You thanked him by forgetting to write a single letter.

When you were 15, he came home from work, looking for a hug. You thanked him by having your bedroom door locked.

When you were 17, he was expecting an important call. You thanked him by being on the phone all night.

When you were 18, he cried at your high school graduation. You thanked him by staying out partying until dawn.

When you were 19, he paid for your college tuition, drove you to campus carried your bags. You thanked him by saying good-bye outside the dorm so you wouldn't be embarrassed in front of your
friends.

When you were 25, he helped to pay for your wedding, and he cried and told you how deep he loved you. You thanked him by moving halfway across the country.

And then, one day, he quietly died. And everything you never did came crashing down like thunder on YOUR HEART.
